Now that you have selected the floorplan design of your new home and the piece of property you want to put it on, it’s time to find a lender. You will need a land/home loan or a mortgage. We will help you bring everything together into one loan. There are many lenders and loan programs available to choose from. Most of our client’s loans that are procured are Conventional or FHA Mortgages. You, as the buyer, can select to work with whichever lender you prefer and we will work closely with them through the building process. Construction loans may also be available. |

Is your home going in a park or on leased land? We do have a lender ‘in house’ that provides Chattel loans. A chattel loan is also known as a home only or a personal property loan.
